Dr. Kenzie is a Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist. She received her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine as well as her Masters of Science in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine from Bastyr University, where she also served as a Teaching Fellow and later as Adjunct Faculty in the Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine Department. Additionally Kenzie is a Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner trained through the Four Winds Society’s Light Body School and initiated through the Q’ero lineage and traditions of the high Andes Mountains and Amazonian regions of Peru.

She has a deep passion for serving others on their unique and individual journeys towards better physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. She holds the belief that we all possess an innate ability to heal that can be ignited through natural and energetic interventions, and that in order to truly thrive in today’s world, we all require a holistic and comprehensive approach to our health that is able to encompass all aspects of our being. Through meaningful education and the utilization of ancient and indigenous wisdom, Kenzie works with clients to help them overcome obstacles and realize their greatest potential.

Dr. Kenzie’s approach to treatment is different with every patient and tailored to meet their individual goals. Modalities utilized in her practice include acupuncture with sound vibrational healing via tuning forks and tibetan singing bowls, electroacupuncture, myofascial bodywork such as craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation, cupping, moxibustion, tui na, qi gong, mindfulness based breathing techniques, nutritional counseling and recommendation, western and eastern herbal prescription, and pharmaceutical prescription when absolutely necessary. She also employs diagnostic laboratory studies as needed to help guide treatment.
